Kengo Suzuki is a Visiting Scientist who does research for the “story telling” project which combines new media with the classic power of storytelling.
The concept is to have consumers share stories with each other about financial services experiences in an effort to provide convincing information that Suruga is a trusted supplier of loans and should be high on the consumer’s consideration list. The design includes tests of the feasibility of storytelling by consumers in the Suruga social media world and an evaluation of their impact.
Prior to the IDE, he worked at Suruga Bank Ltd. based in Japan. He led the credit card division and managed strategy planning for new customer oriented banking services as well as coordinated new business alliances with corporate partners.
