Rebecca Wenjing Lyu

Postdoctoral Fellow

Rebecca Wenjing Lyu is a postdoctoral fellow at the MIT Sloan School of Management and at the Initiative on the Digital Economy.

Rebecca’s research focuses on the platform strategy of firms in the AI era. In this stream of research, she examines the role of AI, big data, and cloud computing to the success of firms. Another stream of research of Rebecca’s work is evaluating the contribution of immigrants (entrepreneurs, scientist, etc.) as well as their mobility. Rebecca received her undergraduate degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Biomedical Engineering), her master’s degree from Peking University (Software Engineering) and her Ph.D. from Tsinghua University (Business Administration).
