“We are not facing the imminent end of work; but we are facing a major restructuring of work,” said MIT IDE Director, Erik Brynjolfsson, during his testimony before a congressional committee on #AI and the #furureofwork on September 25.
He appeared before the House Committee on Space, Science and Technology along with: Dr. Arthur Lupia, Assistant Director, Directorate for Social, Behavioral and Economic Sciences, National Science Foundation; Rebekah Kowalski, Vice President, Manufacturing Services, ManpowerGroup, and Dr. Sue Ellspermann, President, Ivy Tech Community College.
