Raman Singh Chhina

Raman Singh Chhina is Postdoctoral Associate at MIT Sloan and the MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy, as well as a macroeconomist with a research focus on small and young firms. His work aims at studying how the outcomes of these types of firms are shaped by new technologies, state planning and non-traditional forms of financing. He received his PhD in Economics from the University of Chicago in 2026 and has held visiting positions at Stanford University and Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
