Erina Ytsma

Research Affiliate

Erina received a PhD in Economics from LSE and is currently a post-doctoral associate at the MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy.

Her research combines theory with rigorous empirical methods and novel data to study topics in organizational and labor economics, and the economics of digitization and innovation. She is particularly interested in incentive systems and the organization of work in the digital age and in the context of knowledge work and innovation.
