Neil Thompson, who leads the IDE research group on Technologies That Create Prosperity, was featured with four other experts in a recent webcast hosted by MIT Sloan Management Review on the topic of talent and AI management challenges.
Thompson, who also heads FutureTech at MIT, said that businesses need to monitor and learn from their AI efforts to measure success. They also will have to manage disintermediation inside and outside the firm as AI takes hold.
