Peter Slattery
Visiting Scientist
Peter Slattery is a Visiting Scientist at MIT FutureTech and MIT IDE, where he assists with research operations and explores the social and behavioural drivers and barriers to AI adoption and scaling. He is interested in how to use research, communication, and entrepreneurship to safely develop and deploy AI for maximum societal benefit. An interdisciplinary researcher, Peter is experienced with a broad range of qualitative and quantitative research techniques, including literature reviews, conceptual papers, interviews, experiments, surveys, and structural equation modelling. He received his PhD in Information Systems from the University of New South Wales in Australia.
